Important: Timing and Tracking
1) Timing: Shipments leave only on our office days, Thursday and Saturday. We apologize for any delays.
2) Tracking: Lost shipments must be reported on the day of delivery to be eligible for resending.
3) Tracking: Find your tracking number via automated email, on the day we print your shipping label.
